We are very selective when we add new inventory. All garments and seams are thoroughly examined for tears and holes. We will use a 1-10 (best) scale when rating our items, but do not anticipate ever posting anything lower than a 7, unless it's a really rare/unique item.
All items are cleaned and pressed prior to being listed on our site.
To put it simple - we won't sell anything that we wouldn't wear ourselves.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of thrifted apparel, all sales are final with no returns/exchanges offered. Feel free to contact us if you feel that circumstances justify an exception.
Where do you get your merchandise?
We source merchandise from all over Cincinnati and surrounding areas. While we are not currently offering consignment services, let us know if you are interested in selling your gently used clothing at thrift store prices.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are in stock and ship next business day via the selected USPS option. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Sorry, we currently only accept orders placed within the US & APO addresses.
Do you have a physical store that I can shop in?
In order to keep costs down and quickly turn over product, we're online only.
